🚀 GETTING STARTED — COMMON QUESTIONS

Q: How do I access the platform?
A: You’ll receive an invite link or login credentials from your admin. Once logged in, you can access the modules based on your role.

Q: How do I clock in for the day?

A: Go to your dashboard or Attendance tab and click “Clock In.” If your company uses IP restrictions or location tracking, make sure you’re at an approved location.


Q: I forgot to clock out yesterday. What should I do?

A: Let your manager or HR know. They can manually adjust your clock-out time. Be sure to include the correct time and reason for the update.


Q: How do I see which tasks are assigned to me?

A: Click on "Tasks" in the sidebar. Use the filter to select “Assigned to Me.” You can also see task progress via the Task Board (Kanban view).


Q: I need to log hours for a task I worked on. Where do I do that?

A: Go to Work > Time Logs. Click “Add Time Log,” choose the project and task, enter the duration, and describe what you worked on.


Q: How can I submit my weekly timesheet?

A: Once you’ve logged your time throughout the week, go to Time Logs or Timesheets and click “Submit Week.” Your manager will review and approve it.


Q: I want to request a day off next month. How do I apply for leave?

A: Go to HR > Leaves > Apply Leave. Select the leave type, date(s), and provide a reason. You’ll get a notification when it’s approved or rejected.


Q: How do I check how many vacation days I have left?

A: Go to HR > Leaves. You’ll see a breakdown of leave types and how many days you’ve used or have remaining.


Q: Can I update my phone number or profile picture?

A: Yes! Go to your profile (top right > My Profile), click Edit, and update your personal information. Save changes once you're done.


Q: I can't access a certain module or page. What should I do?

A: You likely don’t have permission for that feature. Contact your manager or system admin to check if access can be granted.


Q: My task is stuck or blocked – how do I escalate this?

A: Leave a comment on the task explaining the issue, or tag your manager using “@” in the comment box. You can also use Messages to chat with teammates.

Q: How do I log in to my client portal?

A: Use the login credentials sent to you. If you forget your password, click “Forgot Password” on the login screen to reset it.


Q: Where do I see the status of my projects?

A: Click on “Projects” from your client dashboard. You’ll see all your projects, tasks, milestones, and any shared files.


Q: Can I upload files to my project?

A: Yes. Go to the specific project > Files tab, and upload any documents or resources you want to share with the team.


Q: How do I submit a support ticket?

A: Go to the “Tickets” section and click “Create Ticket.” Fill in the subject, description, and attach any files if needed. Set the priority before submitting.


Q: How do I pay an invoice?

A: Go to the Invoices tab, open the invoice, and click the “Pay Now” button. Make sure your organization has enabled online payment gateways.


Q: I don’t see any payment button on the invoice. Why?

A: It’s likely the admin hasn’t set up payment options yet. Contact your company representative to confirm available payment methods.


Q: Where can I download my past invoices?

A: In your client portal, navigate to Invoices. Click on any invoice to view or download a PDF copy.


Q: Can I see who’s working on my project?

A: Yes. Under the project details, you’ll see a Members tab or Overview showing the assigned team members.


Q: How do I sign a contract shared with me?

A: Go to the Contracts section, open the contract, and click the “Sign” button. You can draw or type your signature digitally.
